Everything here describes conditions as they were reported at the last-checked date shown on each entry. Playgrounds change. A fence can come down, a splash pad can be closed for repair, equipment can be removed the week after an entry is written.

Treat entries as a starting point for choosing where to go, not as a guarantee of what you will find. Supervision of children remains with the adults present, and we accept no liability for anything that happens during a visit.

The descriptions, attribute summaries, guides, and editorial judgments on this site are written by us and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a sentence or two with attribution, or share an entry with someone deciding where to take their kids.

Systematic copying is a different matter. Reproducing our descriptions and summaries at scale, or extracting them to build a competing index, is not permitted. Automated harvesting of the site is likewise not permitted.

Park boundary geometry used in building this index comes from OpenStreetMap and is available under the Open Database License; contributors are credited in the footer of every page. Location identifiers come from public mapping services.

Where we link to municipal park departments or mapping services, those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
