Seward (William) Park
A hidden gem close to downtown with plenty of courts, a field house, playground, soccer and baseball fields, trees for a hammock and a well-liked basketball court. Litter after events is the recurring failure.
Plenty of courts, with the basketball court named as a local favourite to play at
Accounts split sharply — clean and quiet on some visits, while another describes rubbish scattered as if a dumpster had been emptied across the site
Plenty of benches, plus trees suited to hanging a hammock
A nice grassy area for a picnic or to let a dog run
Described as a peaceful little escape close to downtown, not very busy
Through the field house

How we know this
Every value above comes from what visitors described on site, read one park at a time. Where accounts disagree we say so rather than picking a side. Where nobody has mentioned something, we leave it blank and ask you.
