Cochran (John) Park
A fully enclosed, heavily shaded toddler park on artificial turf with infant and belt swings, monkey bars and donated ride-on toys. Older equipment, but the shade and enclosure make it a summer standby.
Ringed by large mature trees; named by regulars as the reason they choose it in summer
Artificial turf, described as spongy underfoot
Two infant seats among four swings, a medium structure and two monkey-bar variations; the crowd skews six and under
Regulars note the equipment is older but return for the variety and shade
Benches around the perimeter
Not always easy to find a space nearby
Drinking fountains present but reported not working
What we could not confirm
Visitors have not described these, so we are not guessing:

How we know this
Every value above comes from what visitors described on site, read one park at a time. Where accounts disagree we say so rather than picking a side. Where nobody has mentioned something, we leave it blank and ask you.
